Dorna aimed to break the media clutter for its 2nd part of CRM story.

Dorna introduced a new connection point to comfort mothers of premature born babies with supporting messages during their short visits allowed till medical stabilization of their babies. Dorna built for the first time in Romania an interactive wall inside Polizu maternity in Bucharest, for displaying people's supporting messages for worried mothers in hospital.

Windows of Hope increased traffic for Dorna's site, new Facebook friends, 1.7 media ROI, boost of brand indicators linked to creative power.
