Public Case Summary:Telekom’s main purpose is to enable, via technology, meaningful sharing experiences among people, a mantra that couldn’t be applied for Romanian professionals suffering from burnout. As a result, Telekom put its assets to work to help the fight against burnout, by repurposing part of its existing call-center into a burnout hotline, managed by a team of professional psychologists. THE BURNOUT HOTLINE initiative provided an intimate and protected space for people to get conscious they might have a condition and also a useful tool to make the first step into treatment.
