Background/objectives: Christmas season is by far the most cluttered brand messaging landscape, and a tough battle in telecom special offers. Competing with virtually all brands on air, Telekom aimed to get young families’ attention, win their hearts and eventually...their commitment.
Strategy: For adults, Christmas became increasingly commercial; however, for children it’s still pure joy. So we decided to let real kids translate the benefits of the Telekom offer, in their own words.
Results: Telekom registered a significant growth as a provider of bundle packages, with double-digit increase in key image indicators and sales.
