You may enter your work anytime between March 3rd 2011 and May 23rd 2011.
The entry fee is determined by when you submit your work into the competition.

Entries will not be accepted if they are not accompanied with the correct entry fee payment proof.
Note: Entries received after the 23rd of May 2011 will not be processed and therefore will not be entered into the competition. Entry materials that may arrive post-May 23rd will either be returned to sender at sender's expense or destroyed.
